Terms of use
The terms for using the Querly website, the call replay and the early-access list.
These terms apply to the Querly website at getquerly.com, including the call replay and the early-access list. The website is run by L&T Studio V.O.F. ("Querly", "we"); our details are on the contact page. By using the website you accept these terms. Subscriptions to the Querly app are governed by our Terms of Service.
The call replay
The replay lets you paste a transcript of a past call and see which questions Querly would have suggested.
- Only paste what you may share. A transcript contains personal data of the other people in the call. You are responsible for being allowed to share it with us for this purpose, including informing the people in the call where the law requires it.
- Leave out sensitive data. Don't paste special categories of personal data, such as health information, or anything confidential you are not allowed to pass on.
- How we handle it. We process the transcript only to run the replay, as described in our privacy statement.
- Fair use. The replay is free and has limits on how often it can be used. Don't try to get around them.
AI suggestions are suggestions
The questions, briefing and summary are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not legal, financial or other professional advice. You decide what to ask and what to do with it.
Early access
Joining the early-access list gives you no right to access, and it is not an order or an offer. A Querly subscription is sold to businesses only and is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement, which you accept when you subscribe.
Using the website
Don't use the website in a way that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or harms the website or its users, for example by trying to get into parts that aren't public or by overloading it. We may limit or block access to protect the website.
Our content
The texts, images, design and software of the website belong to Querly or its licensors. You may quote from our blog with a link to the source. Anything else needs our permission.
Liability
The website, including the replay, is provided free of charge and as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from using the website or the replay. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
